To install Garmin 2013 map update for Europe you just have to download all the files bellow and replace it with the old ones in your GPS device/Smartphone/Tablet.
You can see in the image bellow the countries covered by this maps
These are the maps released by Garmin on 2013, but, actually the real release name is Garmin 2014 City Navigator NT, even the maps were mapped on 2013.
The files were archived and splitted in several archives because of copyrights laws.
